Adielene “Adi” Munoz began her career in the insurance industry in 2022 and joined the Agency at the Woodridge location in 2025. As a Sales Manager, she brings leadership, experience, and a customer-focused approach to her role. Adi is bilingual in English and Spanish and focuses on a wide range of coverages, including Home, Auto, Renters, and more. Adi’s favorite part of her job is helping customers not only protect themselves but also truly understand how they are protected. She believes knowledge is key to confident decision-making and takes pride in helping you understand coverage in a clear, relatable way. Her goal is to help customers feel supported and secure in their insurance choices. Adi enjoys spending quality time with her family and her son outside of work. She also loves exploring new hobbies such as baking, drawing, and crafting, bringing the same creativity and care to her personal life that she brings to her work with customers.
